I was working a sedentary desk job, and I noticed I wasn’t taking care of myself. I was gaining weight and not eating right. So, I decided to take my health into my own hands, and learn all that I could about getting fit. Then, I decided I wanted to help others do the same. So, I studied and became a certified personal trainer. Now, I teach people ways to work fitness into their busy lives no matter at what level they are starting their journey.
